Using telnum is very simple: enter the phone number that the caller left in the search field at the top of this page and start the search. If the number is in our database, you will get some details about it.

Is there a mobile app for telnum? A mobile app is already in development and will be available for Android and iOS. After completion, we will inform our users on this website and publish usage information.
How up-to-date is the data? We keep the data as up-to-date as possible. Most datasets are checked or updated daily. However, due to the enormous amount of data, no guarantee can be given that the data is up to date.
How reliable is the data? A large part of the data is provided to us directly by the people concerned, i.e. those who are called. This should ensure that a large part of the data is checked and verified by humans. The rest of the data is automatically collected and updated by systems.
Where does telnum get the phone numbers from? On the one hand, we get the phone numbers from partners, on the other hand we get them from the users of our website and have also set up numerous traps for callers by making our phone numbers easy to find in telephone directories.
How can I report a phone number to telnum? Simply search for the phone number using the search function. The number is then checked in real time and if the test indicates a potential risk, the number is added to the database. If the number does not show any signs of misuse over the next few weeks, it will be deleted.
Why should I report a telephone number to telnum? Each telephone number is assigned by a network operator. Should we identify a phone number that is being used for improper or illegal use, we will report the number directly to the network operator.
